HALF HOLIDAY October 2nd - Gandhi's birthday

Today was another public holiday which once again we had as a sort of 'half holiday' - still having to do some farm work but not as much as usual.

As it was a public holiday a lot of places were closed, Foodlink (our distribution centre) being one of them. But as always, on a holiday the restaurants to which we send micro greens use more than ever. A holiday usually means that there will be more guests than usual in Auroville. So the main job today was cutting microgreens.

Our artist was hard at work again creating a map of Buddha Garden as well as finishing the poster about drinking and smoking.
